I felt compelled to put into words the gratitude that I feel for the way that you and your team have changed my life. When I arrived in Tijuana there were complicating circumstances that seemed would bring my procedures to a halt however your experience and confidence in your work made me so comfortable that I knew without a doubt I was in good hands. My feelings were confirmed when you treated me for severe anemia, a condition I was not aware had escalated. Talk above and beyond!!!
   
My primary reason for seeking reconstructive surgery on my abdomen was for health reasons as well as self esteem. Your attention to detail has increased my quality of life by such great margins that I tear up every time I think of my journey to your practice.

After having a 14 lb set of twins 22 years ago, I was finally able to have my tummy tuck and researched it on the web the perfect doctor. I was skeptical when I emailed questions to the website, not to mention scared of going to Mexico to have surgery. I received a wonderful response from my patient facilitator, Jessica, that calmed my fears and concerns. She answered all my questions and helped me schedule the procedure when I needed it. She offered to help me get my leave of absence paper work for my job filled out and sent me all my information for blood work and medical care very quickly. She helped me with information on hotels also.  After surgery, the staff took great care of me and helped me through the airport to my gate, even getting me a wheel chair. My  tummy looks better than it has in 22 years.

I contacted Jessica via e-mail looking for a plastic surgeon in Mexico.  I was very nervous about having someone in Mexico touch my face and after hearing about people dieing from surgery I was even more nervous.  I spoke to Jessica on the phone and then she called me again, after speaking with her I started to feel ok about the surgery.  After several e-mails, changing the dates and talking to her on the phone again I feel better and decided to have the surgery.  Once arriving in Mexico and hooking up with my ride I began to feel better.  Once meeting with  doctor and his staff I knew all would be well.  With the results I got I am looking forward to having a couple of other procedures and would recommend Jessica to anyone looking to have surgery in Mexico.

Hello, my name is La Kesha Simmons. I had an extended tummy tuck with lipo performed on March 22, 2006. That is the day that my life finally changed. It all started when I first called to schedule an consultation and I spoke to Nora my Consultant Nurse. She was super nice and answered all of my questions very professionally from the very beginning. After talking to her I knew I was very interested. I have to admit that I was very afraid because September 12, 2005 I just had a full tummy tuck with lipo of the flanks with Beverly Hills Surgical Institute the Upland, CA office. Let me tell you something, I did not look "Beverly Hills" at all. I was so proud that I lost 78 pounds so I wanted the procedure to enhance the look. A BIG disappointment. I had a flat bottom stomach, a big hump at the top, and a gross new belly button that kept getting bigger and rounder every month. It even had dark ripples that looked like a sun. The lipo scars that poked out my waist was so embarrassing. A lot of people call those scars "Dog Ears". I have pictures to prove it. That is not sexy at all. When my friends and I met doctor and the rest of the staff, we felt so welcome and the office looked to nice. A lot of people is scared of surgery in T.J., but look what "Beverly Hills did to me. That is only a pricey name to lure customers to them with hopes to look like a star. My mind was made up right after visit with doctor. He was so professional and kind. He did not criticize the bad job the other Surgeon performed, or suggested hat I get the procedure done again, that was totally my decision. I am telling you that is the best decision I have mad in my life. I look feel and look much better.

After my procedure, doctor and the entire staff made me fell at home and made sure I was safe. Nora has been there for me since day one. She is still answering my questions and helping me with my post-op. I am very happy with the results and I recommend doctor and staff to anyone. I just want to let each and everyone of the Doctors, staff, and Nora that they helped changed my life and help me get my self confidence back. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful. I hope and pray that those who wants to feel beautiful, please let doctors help you start your life over so you can start feeling beautiful like I do. Thanks again. I appreciate the help so much.

My entire experience with my surgery was so great from beginning to end. My patient facilitator, Jessica, replied to my e-mail inquiry right away and within days I had my surgery booked.  She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She calmed any fears that I had. It was especially reassuring speaking to someone who had been through the surgery herself. Doctors' staff was wonderful! Even the lady that picked me up from the airport and took me back after wards was so nice and friendly! The anesthesiologist and the nurse were extremely nice and caring. They treated me as if they were my friends and I felt like they were genuinely concerned about my feelings and my well-being.
    
When I got into Doctors' office, I felt as if I was on an episode of "Dr. 90210".  The clinic is very state of the art and very beautiful. When I went into the operating room, Doctor explained to me what he was going to be doing and he used markers to mark my skin as he explained the procedure.  The next thing I remember after laying down on the operating table is waking up back in the recovery room and watching television in between naps for a few hours. The anesthesiologist was so nice that she helped me dress before going back to my hotel even though I felt fine. I felt full of energy and I felt as if I could do almost anything that I would normally be able to do. I had no problems or complications after the surgery. I went back to my hotel and spent the night. The next day I was able to fly back home alone without difficulty.
   
I fully recommend doctor as a plastic surgeon. I intend to see him again in the future for more procedures!

I ENJOYED EVERYTHING RE: MY SURGERY WITH DOCTOR, ALSO THE STAFF. MY LIPOSUCTION CAME OUT FANTASTIC, I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS....THE STAFF BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER WAS FANTASTIC....I LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING FOR MY BREASTS, CHIN LIFT ALSO I THINK THAT I WILL HAVE DOCTOR TIGHTEN MY HIPS A BIT MORE TO MAKE THEM SMOOTH. I FELT REALY COMFORTABLE WHILE HAVING MY SURGICAL PROCEDURE.

I do want to say the stay at your facility was great. The overnight nurse made my husband and I feel very welcome. The surgery was very quick. Doctor is great. He did a fabulous job.
